Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, digital transformation, knowledge management, dynamic environment and modernization on sustainable competitive advantage. The research method used is a survey method. The method is carried out with an approach to the type of descriptive and explanatory research, so that a more complete method used is descriptive survey. The results show that the variable of sustainable competitive advantage with the highest value indicator is Cost-based advantage with the item "WINNER's production costs are lower than our competitors'. In the intellectual capital variable, the indicator with the highest value is structural capital with the item "The latest information system contributes greatly to the company's excellence". In the digital transformation variable, the indicator with the highest value is practice with the item “The company collects and analyzes data systematically”.pthere is a knowledge management variable, the indicator with the highest value is the transfer of knowledge management by item.In the dynamic environment variable, the indicator with the highest value is the increase in competitors with the item "The number of competitors” in the field of production, has increased.
