Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine (1) the effect of teamwork on the quality of human resources in the Deputy for Industry and Investment; (2) the effect of workload on the quality of human resources; (3) the effect of teamwork on work motivation at the Deputy; (4) the effect of workload on work motivation in the Deputy; (5) the influence of work motivation on the quality of HR; (6) the influence of teamwork on the quality of HR through the mediation of work motivation; and (7) the effect of workload on the quality of HR through the mediation of work motivation. The results showed that teamwork positively affected the quality of employees. Teamwork has a positive effect on employee motivation. With this increase in influence, it can be conveyed that strong cooperation is motivated by high teamwork spirit.
